GitLab is "Open Core".. The CE (Community Edition) is MIT-licensed..[1] GitLab is not LibreJS-compliant.[2]

I think Trisquel should leave it for smth better. For example: Savane[3], Forgejo[4], Sourcehut[5].

I'm wondering about this as well. There's a version of Compiz-Reloaded I want to host on a git repository. However, I don't have the ability to host my own git server right now. Do you know a good gitlab alternative that doesn't require self-hosting?
